The YCA in Sandwell is part of the Sandwell Health Inequalities Programme (SHIP) which aims to address health inequalities within ethnic minority communities in Sandwell, prioritising mental health and wellbeing and the prevention of long-term conditions. Throughout the year, the YCA in Sandwell will be delivering a variety of activities* such as yoga, football, bike rides, swimming, social clubs, awareness workshops and counselling. Exercise for balance and health (Brasshouse Community Centre)
