ICA provides coffee morning type sessions for female parents in our community – to provide a relaxed, informal environment to promote and raise awareness of healthy eating and lifestyle. Physical activities and traditional dance sessions to promote greater physical activity with the focus on improving mental health amongst the women in our community. Also some health awareness sessions (Health inequality, Cancer and diabetes screening) will be delivered. We also provide sewing classes two days a week.

About the organisation
Ileys Community Association was established in 2007 by a group of local people with different educational and professional backgrounds. Ileys is a non profit organisation that provides the children, youth and families of black minority with a full range of human service from advice to leisure.
