My Time Active

My Time Active is a FREE 16 week lifestyle programme, where you can exercise, meet new friends and reach your goal weight. To Book your initial Appointment with one of the Healthy Lifestyle Specialists you have to call 0121 366 0966 or 0800 011 4656. This exercise class happens every Mondays from 11:30am to 12:30 pm. Once a week only.

Relaxation Class

Relaxation class is run by NHS at our centre. They help support services for your emotional wellbeing needs. They support those with mild to moderate mental health issues and complex needs at an early stage to prevent deterioration and admission to secondary care services. Zumba Gold

Zumba Gold is mainly for the older ladies as it goes in a slow pace so all the ladies can keep up with each other. Zumba Gold takes place every Thursdays from 10:00am to 11:00am. This class has a charge of £2.50 You can you drop in on the day to attend you do not need to call.

Sitting in Service for Carers

Sitting-in service for carers provided by Home From Hospital Care for Sandwell residents who have recently been discharged from City Hospital and for all Birmingham residents discharged from a Birmingham Hospital. This service will be weekly visits for up to two hours for six weeks to allow carers to have a break, rest, attend medical appointments or do anything else which they feel might be beneficial to them.
