Mentoring and Employability Support

Sport 4 Life UK supports young people (aged 11-29) to prepare for, and move into, sustained employment, education or training. The service is centred around structured mentoring, with other follow-on activities provided on a needs-led basis, including structured sport sessions, accredited qualifications, social action, mock interviews and workshops. The intervention supports young people to transform their life skills, increase their employability - and ultimately prepare for, or move into, sustained employment, education or training.
