Health & Wellbeing in the Community

We help people combat isolation/depression encouraging them to join group session doing light activites such as arts & crafts, we offer healthy cooking tips and classes, yoga/meditation, men only groups, dementia, diabetes and menapause group sessions. We are also offering Bi-ligual IT sessions in the community to help local residents access health services/support on line

ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) – Learning English (Sandwell Language Network - SLN)

The Sandwell Language Network provides a programme of free, community-based English language learning support across the borough of Sandwell. ESOL (English) classes to help develop speaking, listening, reading and writing skills that are needed for progressing into education, employment, accessing services and everyday communication, we have spaces for Pre-Entry (Friday 10am to 1pm) and Entry Level 1 (Tuesday 10am to 1pm) learners. The classes will also support with kitchen based skills and language.
