The Sandwell Community Offer is a free wellbeing support service for adults aged 18 and over across Sandwell, including people with disabilities, long-term conditions, mental health needs, learning disabilities, dementia, and carers. It is delivered through a partnership of local organisations with experience supporting residents in all six towns. Services are provided by Communities in Sync in Oldbury and Wednesbury, Murray Hall Community Trust in Rowley Regis and Tipton, St Albans with partners in Smethwick, and Kaleidoscope Plus Group in West Bromwich.

About the organisation
Ideal for All is a user-led organisation set up in 1996. It provides services to disabled, disadvantaged and elderly residents of Sandwell, to enhance skills, provide a route to employment, reduce social isolation and maintain independence. The Services are designed to provide solutions for Independent Living and are offered from the Independent Living Centre, a fully accessible building, situated at 100 Oldbury Road, Smethwick.
