Crossroads provide a wellbeing service to all age carers throughout the Dudley borough, on behalf of Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council. We offer wellbeing services, useful resources, information, advice and guidance to Young Carers, Young Adult Carers and Adult Carers – Young Carers (age 5 – 18) Young Adult Carers (age 18 -25) Adult Carers (age 18 years and over) The services is available to those whose lives are affected by caring for a family member who has a disability or long-term illness, including mental ill health, drug or alcohol related illness and/or a learning disability. Our integrated wellbeing service identifies and prioritises the needs of carers across Dudley, providing them with access to support and services, tailored to their individual needs to enable them to live their own lives healthily. This includes access to Carer Groups, and for young carers - access to school holiday activities and social outings.
