Aimed at people of all abilities who are lonely and isolated, our service is tailored to each individual’s needs. Operating a door-to-door transport service covering the majority of Sandwell, we are able to offer personal care and assistance to each guest; supporting with mobility, feeding and any other requirements. Our day care manager will make a full assessment and discuss any needs/requirements with each guest before they attend. A typical day will include: · Tea/coffee and toast upon arrival in the morning · A morning session of gentle exercise, followed by a selection of fun activities. · Our guests have a choice of meals and desserts for lunch; with all food prepared fresh in our level five hygiene rated kitchen. · After lunch, there is a further selection of activities for clients to choose from Activities include digital sessions, biscuit/cake making, arts and crafts, bingo, quizzes, games, karaoke, sing-a-long, musical instruments and more. A one off trial session (11.30am -1.30pm) can be arranged for a cost of £6 but does not include transport. It does include a 2-course meal and a drink. The cost of attendance is £51.00 per day. Please note: If you are a low income household, we can support you to apply for funding to cover some or all of the cost of attendance.
