If you are in receipt of a personal budget or personal health budget, either from Social Services or from the CCG, we can help you to navigate your way around the care system and provide you with a personalised service to support you with your care needs. Crossroads can provide tailor-made support to meet your individual needs. This can include personal care and rehabilitation support, meal preparation, help with shopping and chores in the home, support with taking medication, help to get out and about to socialise or to attend hospital or G.P. visits.
Staff qualifications | Staff have all levels of qualifications to support individuals who wish to remain living in their own home. Generally staff have NVQ/QCF level 2 and 3 in Care. |
