Player Development Centres (PDCs) and our Player Development Academy (PDA) are part of the new Player Pathway which has been created by The Albion Foundation, designed to enhance the development of players aged 4-7 years (Pre-Academy), 8-11 years (Foundation Phase) and 12-14 years (Youth Development Phase).
