Extend gentle exercise involves gentle movement to music for men and women over the ages of sixty years of age but it can also be enjoyed by those with a variety of abilities and it is suitable for all ages. Health experts believe 30 minutes of exercise each day can have a positive health benefits, increasing physical activity is a nation priority, it stops the rise of obesity and related health conditions such as diabetes, heart disease and strokes. All our classes are run by qualified tutors who hold a nationally recognised exercise qualification for exercise, our classes are friendly and fun and the music our tutors use reflect the group’s cultural needs. We currently run a number of classes for groups across Sandwell.

About the organisation
Provides services primarily for the African-Caribbean community across the Borough. Services provided include :- Meals on Wheels, day care for the elderly, links with employment services, Saturday School and Health Education project including support for children and families experiencing difficulties in relation to school exclusion. Homecare and domestic care provider
