Provision of emergency food parcels to those in receipt of a voucher supplied by over 50 local agencies from public and voluntary sector. The food back is no longer open to the public on a Wednesday, except for people dropping off donations. We will be offering parcels at the door for those with vouchers. We will ask clients to observe the 2 metres/3 paces rule about social distancing and not to gather in groups to talk. Would clients to send one member of the family/couple if at all possible to collect food. We are encouraging enquirers with questions about vouchers to visit the Sandwell Council Local Welfare Provision to make an online application for a food voucher (if successful the voucher number will be sent by text) and can be presented at foodbank. We are directing enquiries for other types of help to the Sandwell Council Coronvirus Advice page which is updated regularly. Our own Foodbank and Coronvirus page is updated regularly. #foodbank
