Respite and grants for Carers of adults recovering from a functional mental health problem. Centre, community or home based breaks for up to 72 hours. Support can be given to apply for a grant up to £250

Staff qualifications Staff have relevant qualifications to deliver services.

About the organisation

Sandwell African Caribbean Mental Health Foundation (SACMHF) is a registered charity, established in 1994, which provides a range of culturally sensitive services predominantly but not exclusively for around 700 Black African AND Caribbean people recovering from functional mental illness, their families, carers, and the wider community a year. Specific services include counselling, support groups and wider wellbeing workshops and activities including bereavement support, youth work and outreach services.
