Culturally responsive Healthy Lifestyle coaching service for African, Caribbean, Dual heritage and the wider community who are aged 16 or older who are recovering from functional mental health. Exercise and fitness, mental health awareness training, improving employment opportunities and improving life skills.

About the organisation
Sandwell African Caribbean Mental Health Foundation (SACMHF) is a registered charity, established in 1994, which provides a range of culturally sensitive services predominantly but not exclusively for around 700 Black African AND Caribbean people recovering from functional mental illness, their families, carers, and the wider community a year. Specific services include counselling, support groups and wider wellbeing workshops and activities including bereavement support, youth work and outreach services.
