The employment service provides support in helping deaf people find sustainable employment. Our unique service supports people with all levels of hearing loss and is delivered in preferred modes of communication including British Sign Language, Sign Supported English, Lip-speak and oral. BID Services is a charity. We work in partnership with people with a sensory impairment, as well as those with a physical disability or mental health. Our mission is to provide high quality services and opportunities that make it possible for people to have choice and control over their lives.
