Provision of culturally sensitive and dignified care to the most vulnerable in our community. Personal Care , live in, Befriending, support with appointments medication management Personal Care – including assistance with washing, dressing, continence care, mobility, nutrition, medication support, and daily living activities. Domiciliary (Home) Care – delivered in people’s own homes to support independence and prevent unnecessary hospital admission or residential care. Community Support Services – supporting social inclusion, community access, and wellbeing. Services may include short‑term or long‑term support, including support following hospital discharge, subject to commissioning arrangements. We also take private patients. People Who Use Our Services Ceder CIC provides services to: • Adults from 18 yrs to 65yrs • Older adults (65+) • Adults with physical disabilities • Adults with long‑term health conditions • Adults requiring low‑level or preventative community support Our Services are tailored to individual assessed needs and delivered in line with personalised care plans.
