About the organisation

Personal Care – including assistance with washing, dressing, continence care, mobility, nutrition, medication support, and daily living activities. Domiciliary (Home) Care – delivered in people’s own homes to support independence and prevent unnecessary hospital admission or residential care. Community Support Services – supporting social inclusion, community access, and wellbeing. Services may include short‑term or long‑term support, including support following hospital discharge, subject to commissioning arrangements. Advocacy and signposting – For the minoritised within the community. Support with appointments and befriending Safe spaces to share experiences and learn new skills
