Are you worried about a mate? or do you need some support for yourself? Please talk to us in confidence. We are here to help you. ‘You ok, mate?’ is a project run by men for men. We are here to listen and not judge. Get in touch today for free one on one support or to access other services that can help you. Find out about groups or events in your town. Make friends, get involved or just talk. Working in partnership with Tough Enough to Care, our team is on hand to support men living and working in Sandwell age 18 years and above. #men #youokmate

Staff qualifications The Service meets Matrix accreditation and IS0 9001 Quality Standards. The Occupational Therapist is also qualified to appropriate British Association of Occupational Therapy standards.

About the organisation

Ideal for All is a user-led organisation set up in 1996. It provides services to disabled, disadvantaged and elderly residents of Sandwell, to enhance skills, provide a route to employment, reduce social isolation and maintain independence. The Services are designed to provide solutions for Independent Living and are offered from the Independent Living Centre, a fully accessible building, situated at 100 Oldbury Road, Smethwick.
