Purple Mind Community Service is a community-led wellbeing organisation that supports mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. We create safe, inclusive spaces where individuals can reconnect, build resilience, and improve their quality of life. We deliver accessible holistic wellbeing sessions including Mindful Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness, Clinical Hypnotherapy. Relaxation techniques, laughter therapy, discussion on Self-discovery, Neuro- Linguistic- Program & Life coaching, nature-based activities, and peer support. Our programmes support people experiencing stress, anxiety, social isolation, and long-term health challenges. Working in partnership with local libraries, community organisations, and health services, we focus on early intervention, prevention, and community connection. Our work promotes self-care, confidence, social inclusion, and healthier, more connected communities. Our programs start from the age of 10 years and above.
