Women’s Health & Well-being Language Group Mondays ⏰ 10:00am – 12:00pm Join us for a friendly and welcoming session that brings women together to connect, socialise, and support one another. This group focuses on developing language skills through conversations and activities around health and well-being. It’s a safe and supportive space to: Build confidence in speaking and listening Learn and practise new vocabulary related to health and self-care Share experiences and support one another Make new friends in your community Whether you’re looking to improve your language skills or simply meet other women in a relaxed environment, you are warmly welcome. About the organisation

We provide an advice and advocacy service to the local community with workers who speak local languages. We also provide training for people to enhance skills and job opportunities. We organise activities and outings for families and undertake environmental projects to improve the area.
