Platform is a three-year project that started on 3/4/2023. It delivers holistic support to individuals age 18+, living in Dudley and Sandwell who are economically inactive, long-term unemployed, have physical and mental health needs, and have various barriers and complex needs. Our core outcomes on Platform are: • Improving Feelings of wellbeing • Being more stable both financially and in their housing situation • Being more socially connected • Increased confidence and positivity for the future Our outcomes for participants are: • Feeling of well-being and happiness • Being more stable relating to debt, housing, and finances • Feeling more socially connected, increased friendships • Increased confidence, motivation, and positivity

Just Straight Talk provide individual support for people facing a range of issues or who are in difficult situations. Working 1-2-1 we work with people to identify and address their main barriers, develop coping skills,
