9.00 - 4.30 Friday

We help people combat isolation/depression encouraging them to join group session doing light activities such as arts & crafts, we offer healthy cooking tips and classes, yoga/meditation, men only groups, dementia, diabetes and menopause group sessions. We are also offering Bi-lingual IT sessions in the community to help local residents access health services/support on line

About the organisation

We give unemployed people advice on Returning to Work, Job Search, Career Advice, Further Education, Starting a New Business-developing plans and accessing Funding. We have a IT Learning centre, Two large Training and meeting rooms are available.
