We are now part of the Sandwell Council Welcoming Spaces programme - providing a welcoming space to everyone or someone to talk to: Monday to Friday - 10 - 4 pm This is open to individuals and families. Whilst with us you will receive (as a minimum): - A warm welcome - A safe space (where you will be treated with dignity, respect and confidentiality) - Free hot drinks - Someone to talk to if you need help or are feeling lonely - Information, resources and guidance on keeping warm, tackling the cost of living etc. In line with our ethos of community and people support you may also want to make use of our additional services, but there is no obligation to do so. We specialise in supporting people with disabilities, health conditions, Mental Health and wellbeing, support for carer's, Community Recovery Support (Alcohol and Drugs Recovery), Advice and Guidance for Adults including Welfare Benefits, Cost of Living support, Managing your money, help to get online/Digital, Employment and Training support, ESOL Sandwell Languages Network, Social Care navigation and managing your own care or helping a loved one. Plus information on our range of social events, community activities and support to connect to others. Please note: Children have to be supervised at all times. #welcomingspaces

About the organisation

Ideal for All is a user-led organisation set up in 1996. It provides services to disabled, disadvantaged and elderly residents of Sandwell, to enhance skills, provide a route to employment, reduce social isolation and maintain independence. The Services are designed to provide solutions for Independent Living and are offered from the Independent Living Centre, a fully accessible building, situated at 100 Oldbury Road, Smethwick.
