Opening hours | The centre opens generally from 9:00am-5:00pm. However, the Reach & Reconnect session take place on Monday from 1:30pm-3:00pm and Wednesday from 12:30pm-2:00pm. |

Reach and Reconnect: Health and Digital Literacy Project This project addresses health inequalities, supports pandemic recovery and helps communities navigate cost-of-living challenges. It enhances health improvement efforts by focusing on: Health Literacy Support: - Prevention of ill health and managing existing conditions - Accessing primary care, pharmacies, and specialist services - Building self-management skills and confidence to support family health Digital Literacy Support: - Teaching essential digital skills, including safety and security - Enabling online access to healthcare, prescriptions, self-care tools and broader services such as housing, employment and social support.
