Gender segregated Gentle Exercises (EXTEND) sessions run once a week. Clients participate in gentle exercise for less able people as well as having the opportunity to socialise. Group predominantly attended by Arabic, Pakistani and Indian clients who would prefer to access culturally sensitive and gender sensitive exercise classes. However the cente implements equal opportunity and no client will be turned away because of ethnic background.
