Gentle Exercise Sessions (EXTEND) These sessions are designed for individuals with limited mobility, offering gentle exercises alongside opportunities for social interaction. The group is primarily attended by Arabic, Pakistani and Indian clients who appreciate culturally and gender-sensitive exercise classes. However, in line with the centre's commitment to equal opportunities, these sessions are open to everyone, regardless of ethnic background.
