Wellbeing Session – Mondays, 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM (Term Time Only) Join us every Monday during term time for a dedicated wellbeing session designed to support your mental, emotional, and social health. Each session combines educational activities aimed at personal growth and skill development, alongside social activities that encourage connection, relaxation, and community building. Whether you’re looking to learn something new, engage with others, or simply take a mindful break, these sessions provide a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone.

Staff qualifications Staff qualified to deliver the services offered by the Community Centre.

About the organisation

Cradley Heath Community Centre provides a varied programme of activities, such as alcohol therapy, video club, karate club, model railway, over 60’s club, boxing club, dance class, Latin dancing, Faith Life Church. Independent groups offer the following: Ideal for All: A coffee morning for isolated adults, and adults with a disability. Iris Drug Awareness: Drug and alcohol support. My Time Active: Healthy choices and gentle exercise etc Sure Start: provide a soft play session for under fives where the children can climb, roll and play in a safe environment. Yemeni Community Association: Keep Fit class and ESOL classes The Centre also offers rooms for hire for functions such as children's parties and other celebrations. Please contact the Centre for further details. The Community Centre is operated by Sandwell Community Hubs.
