Sessions include games and quizzes. Sessions are an opportunity for people to meet in a relaxed atmosphere and enjoy a social afternoon with a cup of tea. The group is supported by a staff member to improve well being among people of an older generation.

About the organisation
A registered charity offering adult training, job search support, volunteer opportunities, sign posting and general information and guidance. As well as leisure activities for adults, adult dance/exercise with optional weight management. The Centre runs an After School Club and holiday playschemes for children aged 8-12 years. There is also a large garden area that can be used for gardening activities or simply relaxing.
