We're thrilled to announce our upcoming 9-week Healthy Lifestyle Programme exclusively for women, starting on Thursday 21st September 2023. This course is designed to empower you with the knowledge and skills for a healthier life featuring enlightening health awareness sessions, invigorating yoga classes and hands-on healthy cooking workshops. Please note that this is a structured course and your commitment to attending all nine weeks is essential for maximum benefit. There are 15 spaces available which will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis. This initiative is part of the SHIP project which is funded by Sandwell Council. #SHIP

Staff qualifications Fully qualified to deliver the services of the Yemeni Community Association in Sandwell.
