We will share ideas and tips on activities you can incorporate into your daily plans to encourage more feelings of wellbeing in your family life. For example: Improving resilience, managing stress, assertiveness, nutrition, exercise, hobbies, learning, active listening and importance of talking. These can be tailored around the groups needs. The sessions are as follows: Tuesday 14th September 2023 Wednesday 18th October 2023 Wednesday 29th November 2023 Tuesday 23rd January 2024 Tuesday 27th February 2024 Thursday 21st March 2024

About the organisation
Provides support services for people with mental health problems borough wide in addition to support for carers. Services include a care home, supported housing, floating support, Community Wellbeing and Talking Therapies. The Community Wellbeing Service offers a wide range of wellbeing opportunities to individual adults and groups, therapeutic exercise classes and complementary therapies.
