Help develop strategies to improve your resilience, for example CV and application form writing, interview tips and techniques to prepare for the job recruitment process. Identifying your own skills, qualities and experience and where to start your own job search. These can be tailored around the group's needs. About the organisation
Provides support services for people with mental health problems borough wide in addition to support for carers. Services include a care home, supported housing, floating support, Community Wellbeing and Talking Therapies. The Community Wellbeing Service offers a wide range of wellbeing opportunities to individual adults and groups, therapeutic exercise classes and complementary therapies.
