We will host Mental Wellbeing group sessions twice a month which will be delivered as an activity over brunch on a specific topic of discussion. This will engage with the men in our community we will host sessions such as cricket, fishing and outdoor visits e.g. in Sandwell Valley, through these sessions we hope to get men engaged and talking about mental health and wellbeing.

A voluntary charity organisation which aims to promote the well being of the local community, and work towards lifelong learning for excellence. BIC offers services ranging from Welfare Rights Advice, Health Advice, to employment and training advice etc
