Love to Move is a fun, age and dementia friendly seated movement programme to music. It has physical, emotional and cognitive benefits designed to get you moving more whilst having fun. Light refreshments are served at the start and end of each session. £4 per session. First session free
Staff qualifications | All our activities are conducted by experienced trained staff helped by some of our volunteers. Member of staff running the activity is a qualified British Gymnastics Love to Move deliverer |

About the organisation
