Shopping support service provided by Home From Hospital Care for Sandwell Residents recently discharged from City Hospital and all Birmingham residents discharged from Birmingham hospitals. HFHC provides six weeks of support to help people do a weekly shop and can provide support and information to make arrangements for shopping support when the six weeks comes to an end.

Family Offer Oldbury and Smethwick

The Family Offer is a range of support services to meet the needs of children, young people and families from Oldbury & Smethwick. We provide information, advice and guidance, Universal Support, Early Help Support and assist as part of Child in Need, Child Protection and Looked after Children plans. We offer Family Support (0-19, 25 with SEND), Community work including Training & Employment, Early Years support through Stay & Plays, 'Play, Talk, Read' and Wellcomm Screening, Parenting Courses, Antenatal Changes Programmes and Volunteer Programme.
